The position is initially for 2 years (starting date 1 September 2026, subject to administrative constraints) and can be extended up to three years and 6 months reaching the completion of the PhD. The candidate is expected to be based in Santander with frequent short stays at other PHINDER partners (Sweden, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain) in case they are needed.&lt;/p&gt;

The candidate is expected to be based in Oviedo with frequent short stays at other PHINDER partners (Sweden, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain) in case they are needed. The gross salary is 1960 euro per month on 12 payments/year, which corresponds to a significantly higher salary than the usual public PhD grants in Spain, plus Oviedo is a cheap town to leave in.&lt;/p&gt;
