Semiconductor nanostructures, nano-optoelectronics and advanced microscopy.
Anders Mikkelsen is Professor of Synchrotron Radiation Research at Lund University and a member of NanoLund. He studies how the structure, growth and function of nanostructures relate to one another, combining advanced light sources and high-resolution microscopy with nano-optoelectronic devices.
He leads WP3 in PHINDER. His expertise in semiconductor nanostructures and their optical and electronic properties supports the project’s development of nanowire-based sensing and neuromorphic components, connecting device behaviour with the materials and structures that enable it.
